INGREDIENTS

Whole Grain Oats, Preooked Tri-Color Quinoa (White Quinoa, Red Quinoa, Black Quinoa), Freeze-Dried Apple, Cane Sugar, Hulled Hemp Seed, Cinnamon, Sea Salt.

PREPARATION & STORAGE

1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 1 cup (240 mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Stir and serve.
